Glen Prosen is part of a newly converted steading development, which sits looking out over the Vale of Strathmore. It has been awarded 4 stars by the STB and has been finished and equipped to a very high standard. There is underfloor heating throughout, good for allergy sufferers. The beds are zip and link so can be twin or superking and the bedroom has a modern stylish ensuite shower room with large walk-in shower cubicle. The kitchen has integrated appliances including a dishwasher and the spacious kitchen and dining area lead down into a split level lounge. From the lounge french doors lead out onto the central courtyard. The sheltered courtyard is landscaped and furnished and the views can be enjoyed at leisure or while using the barbecue. A large parking area is to the side of the cottage. A separate drying room is available for any wet outdoor boots and clothing. There is a central laundry with washing machines and a dryer. Books, games and DVD's are available for guest's use. Alyth is only 2 miles away for shopping and eating out. Within a 10 minute drive there are 7 golf courses and there are over 60 courses within an hour's drive. This is an ideal area for walking, fishing, field sports, photography, ski-ing and sight seeing with many castles, distilleries and Highland games making pleasant day trips. The owners, Tom and Lorraine, ensure the cottage is ready for your arrival, and are on hand to welcome you and to help with any holiday queries.
