The master bedroom has a king-sized leather bed plus a double sofa bed and semicircular window with window seat, there is an en-suite shower room. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin. On the second floor are three bedrooms one small double, one with the zip link beds can be made up as a twin or super king double and one with twin/triple beds with hand basin. Bathroom with over bath power shower. Outside there is a long secluded south facing garden. There is a sheltered cobbled courtyard area, a paved area for outdoor dining, two lawns one of which is to be developed into a putting area and at the rear a driving net for golf practice.
