Situated in the quiet Fife village of Ladybank, a few minutes drive from the market town of Cupar, Eden Cottage is convenient for trains calling at Ladybank Station, giving easy access to Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth. Places to visit include the East Neuk fishing villages and the mediaeval university town of St Andrews with its cathedral, castle, museums, golf courses, beaches, swimming pool, Sea Life Centre, etc. Nearby is Falkland Palace, a favourite of Mary Queen of Scots, and Rankeilour Park, home of the Scottish Deer Centre. Ladybank Golf Course is used for qualifying rounds when the Open is at St Andrews, and St Andrews, Perth and Dundee are all within 30 minutes drive.

Eden Cottage has four bedrooms, one double, one twin, one single, and one with a large cot. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with ceramic-hob electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a separate dining room and two public rooms, one with colour TV, video, DVD & Hi-Fi. The adjacent garage and drive provide parking for two cars.

Eden Cottage is available from Saturday to Saturday throughout the year. Except for towels, all linen is provided. Price includes all electricity, gas (central heating) and logs (open fire).
