The holiday accommodation in Gorton, Mid House, has been formed within the living quarters of the original 17th C. building Adapted during the Victorian conversion 100 years layer, the premises have been recently renovated to provide all modern facilities while retaining the character and features of its chequered history.

Gorton House is a Large house (divided into three separate houses, and The Mid House being one of these,) also 4 delightful cottages set within spacious grounds.( sleeping from 2 to 7 ). Tennis court and putting green on site. Wallace's Cave nearby on the glen. Edge of nature reserve, yet Edinburgh centre only 9 miles.

Nearby golf, fishing, riding, dri-skiing, walks and many historic buildings including Rosslyn Chapel. Great base for Edinburgh, Lothians, Borders and Fife. Village shops, pubs 1 mile .. Ikea close by. Available all year.
