APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

These stylish apartments in Leith were built in 2006 with lift access to all levels and secure entry phone system as well as secure parking for over 100 cars.

All of our apartments have two comfortable bedrooms that can be arranged as twin bedrooms or double bedrooms on request and have all linen and towels provided.
Your apartment will have two private bathrooms with powerful shower and bath. 
Each fully fitted kitchen includes all utensils, toaster, oven, microwave and washing machine. Each Ocean Apartment has a comfortable lounge with a dining area, TV and
DVD player. Additionally there are futon beds which can provide accommodation for two extra people.

  • All our apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING
  • All the Apartments will be serviced and fresh linen and towels provided once a week, with additional servicing available at an extra cost.
  • There is no charge for young children under 12 years old, when accompanied by 2 Adults, with a maximum 2 children per family.
  • Older children aged 12-16 years will only be charged half price

Late checkouts are able to be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in, with a luggage storage facility also available before and after checkout.

DIRECTIONS 

From the City Centre

From Waverly Station Bridge cross diagonally right over Princes Street onto South St Andrew Street.

Take a left onto St Andrew Square and then take the first right.

Follow St Andrew Square down take the second right onto Queen Street.

From Queen Street head along to York Place.

At traffic signals continue straight ahead until you reach Picardy Place roundabout. Turn left (1st exit) at the roundabout and head down past The Edinburgh Playhouse (on your right) until you reach another traffic island.

Go straight ahead at this roundabout (1st exit) and follow Leith Walk until the road forks. At these traffic signals turn left onto Great Junction Street.

Take the second left onto Lindsay Road.

Continue along this road until you reach a roundabout and take the 2nd exit, following signs for ‘The Western Harbour Development’, ‘The Element’ and ‘The Next Generation Gym’.

Continue along this road until you reach the final block.

Buses

The Airport bus departs every 15 minutes. Guests must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus (opposite Waverly Station).

From City Centre – Leith is served by a frequent and reliable bus route and service.
