On the lower floor is a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a mirrored wardrobe,  and a bathroom with an overhead electric shower. 
On the mezzanine level there is a twin room above the kitchen/sitting room, through which a shower room and single room are accessed.
The  single bed can be folded out to a double bed.

The apartment is a few minutes walk  from Edinburgh University's George Square, the Festival theatre, the old and new museums, the law courts and  the Royal Mile. Edinburgh Castle, Waverley Station and Princes Street take around 15 minutes to walk. Wonderful restaurants and coffee shops across the road. 

There is a flatscreen tv, a dvd, a stereo, a washing drier machine, iron and  ironing board.  Linen and towels are provided.
