The twin bedroom has a private bathroom next door.   The kitchen is well equipped and is integrated with the spacious lounge. 
The lounge has a wood burning stove, and French windows opening out onto wooden decking overlooking the Eden and Tweed valleys towards the Cheviot hills over the Border. 

The garden has steep wooden steps down to a wooden bench for taking in the wonderful views over the Eden and Tweed valleys towards the Cheviot hills. 

Cottage contains a dishwasher, tv, video and stereo. Linen, towels and logs provided
