The Ballycassidy River, famous for its fishing is a one minute walk from the cottage door.  While secluded and private the cottage is only 5 miles from Enniskillen town and 3 miles from Ballinmallard.  Ideal for couples, honeymooners and families alike.

 The large living room has an open fire, colour TV, video, DVD player, Hi-Fi and an excellent range of books, games, videos/DVDs and toys suitable for all age groups.

The cottage has two bedrooms – one room with a double bed and one family room with a double and single bed, sleeping a total of 5 plus baby.

Both bedrooms are generous in size and the master bedroom offers a beautiful view of the forest.

The second bedroom includes a tv and dvd player, bed guard for younger children and, a travel cot/playpen

The modern kitchen/dining area comes complete with all modern conveniences including electric 4 ring hob, electric oven with grill, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The dining area comfortably seats the entire family and looks out onto the patio.

Outside Dining

 The enclosed patio, which runs the length of the cottage, is not only ideal for enjoying the sun all day long, but provides safe playing for children.

A picnic table, range of seating and B-B-Q area are also provided.

Younger members of the family can also benefit from their own play area.  The area is barked for safety and features a traditional wooden playhouse and junior size slide and patio furniture.  A selection of outdoor toys are also available.
