All our homes are Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) Approved and we pride ourselves on catering for your comfort, providing all you need for a holiday to remember.

Rental prices include bed linen and normal usage of heating and electricity. Towels are not normally provided but can be by prior arrangement.

A complimentary welcome pack of essential foodstuffs (bread, milk, eggs...wine!) is provided.

Maxwell Cottages is a modern three-storey, three bedroom townhouse situated in a private courtyard only seconds (literally!) from the beach.

Accommodation is a double ensuite bedroom (ground floor), twin ground floor bedroom, and second floor double bedroom.   A double sofa bed is also available in the first floor lounge.

Features include a log fire, sea view, fully equipped kitchen, ensuite shower room, bath/shower room, TV, video, CD player, oil central heating, gas barbeque (complimentary gas) and patio furniture.
