This is a Brand new Luxury Holiday rental 5 minutes from Bushmills Distillery, Giants Causeway Dunluce Castle, beautiful beaches etc. There is also an abundance of superb golf courses on our doorstep including Royal Portrush, Portstewart, Castlerock and Ballycastle and tee times can be organised in advance by us. There is also a number of superb beaches close by. The North Coast plays host to a large number of high profile events throughout the year such as the Northern Ireland International Airshow, North West 200 Motorcycle races, RNLI Raft Race, The Auld Lammas Fair and of course year round delights like Bushmills Distillery tours and tastings and many historical sites including the World Heritage site - The Giant's Causeway Situated adjacent to 2 working farms you can awaken to beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the sound of wild pheasants as they stroll through the garden or neighbouring fields. The house has 3 double rooms, 1 twin and 1 single and sleeps 9 people comfortably. Bed linen and towels plus a childs cot are provided free of charge.The main bedroom downstair is ensuite and the house also contains a large bathroom with tower shower including side jets for a relaxing experience. There is also a third wc/ shower room upstairs for use by the 2 large upstairs bedrooms The Designer kitchen and utility room are equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, microwave etc and dining area for up to 10 people. Next to the kitchen is the Sunroom with extensive countryside views and double doors leading onto a 238 sq ft patio with picnic bench and lawned area. During the winter you can relax in the lounge with an open fire with logs and coal provided and watch tv including freeview or chill out with one of the selection of books provided. For your convenience there is a double secure garage and parking for a further 6 vehicles outside. No Smoking. Small pets by arrangement. Families only.
