The flats are delightfully situated looking over a large garden and tree lined valley. Being the first house on Valley Road, it is within five minutes direct access to the South Bay and convenient for all Scarborough's amenities.

Run by resident proprietors, Anne and Dave, who ensure the flats are cleaned and maintained to the highest possible standard.
