Offering a comfortable living room,  dining room,  breakfast area with well equipped kitchen.  A downstairs shower room which is very useful after a day on the beach and cupboard for sandy things!

Upstairs there is a bathroom with over bath shower and basin, a separate loo with hand basin off the half landing.  The bedrooms are arranged as one double, one twin and two single.  All bedlinen in included but No towels are provided.

The house has full gas central heating and instant hot water.  For laundry, in the kitchen there is a washer dryer and outside a clothes line.  

The garden has a grassed area and a flagged sitting area with table, chairs and a bench.  Parking on the drive at the side of the house is for two cars.
