Situated only 2 mintues walk from a sandy North Yorkshire beach, it is close to all village shops, dining pubs and amenities, yet secluded and private with off road parking for 3 vehicles. The large garden is sunny and enclosed.

All on ground level with a walk-in shower in addition to a bath, the property is accessible to young children and those with mobility problems (1step up to the fron t and back doors)

The decor is modern and stylish with extras such as underfloor heating in the bathroom, bath robes and toiletries provided. The rooms are large and bright and include a kitchen-diner, lounge and separate diningroom. There are 3 large bedrooms - 2 with double beds, one with twin beds.
