Clematis Cottage is a lovely spacious old stone cottage facing south on the front of the small picturesque village of Sedbusk, on the sunny side of the Dale, about a mile from the market town of Hawes. It is set back behind an old fashioned walled garden and has extensive views across Upper Wensleydale.

A traditional dales cottage with original beamed ceilings, old pitch pine floors and open fire, the cottage has been renovated and is furnished in Victorian pine with Laura Ashley prints to accommodate up to six people. Downstairs comprises of entrance hall, shower room with W.C, fully fitted kitchen with Rayburn, dining room with wood burning stove and comfortable sitting room with open fire. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a cosy panelled bathroom. Oil fired central heating is provided with radiators in every room. There is private parking for two cars by the cottage.
