This beautifully appointed cottage has recently been renovated and now sleeps six people in comfort. It is ideally located overlooking the village green and the River Wharfe. The view from the rear is clear and uninterrupted across the fields which rise to Burnsall Fell.

Accommodation comprises; 
An entrance hall with stairs and storage space. A a>spacious lounge with an open fire and beams, a colour TV and video recorder, and patio doors leading to a small private paved area with garden furniture and barbeque.

The large dining kitchen is fitted with oak units and integral appliances. There is a big pin dining table where there is room of everyone to sit and watch the chef.

There is a downstairs cloakroom.

There are three bedrooms, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with adult sized bunk beds. All the bedrooms are a good size and furnished with pin furniture with plenty of wardrobe space. All the beds have duvets and linen are provided as well as extra blankets and hot water bottles for colder nights.

The bathroom has a three piece suite and electric shower over the bath.

A Cot and high chair are both available on request.

Coal, oil and electricity are also included in the rent. There is Oil fired central heating throughout.

Parking can be either on the road opposite or tokens can be provided for use in a small private car park just a short stroll away.
