Holly Tree Bungalow,  is the latest addition to the properties currently owned and operated by Bay Side Holidays. Like the other properties we offer, it is individually located in a select area and equipped to a high standard, and can sleep 2 - 6.

Located in the North Bay it is only 5 mins walk to the beach and headland walk to Sewerby. An easy 15 to 20 mins stroll along the north foreshore takes you to the shops and then the harbour. A local Supermarket just 5 mins walk. Ideal for family summer holidays or couples wanting a relaxing off-season break. Superb base for exploring Heritage coast, York, Beverly, Scarborough Yorkshire Wolds and North Yorkshire Moors. (Lovely Coastal walks!)
