Dairy Cottage is a delightful, unusual building converted from an 18th Century ornamental dairy which once formed part of the working estate of Boynton Hall and is still next door to a working farm. It retains many features of the original building and has been sympathetically restored and modernised.
Ground floor: the cottage consists of a large hallway, with dining table, with stone flags and steps up to a comfortable sitting room area equipped with satellite TV/Video and DVD. Off the hall are French doors which lead towards the walled garden. From the sitting room there is access to a suntrap terrace area with complete privacy.
There is a small well equipped kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. There is also a ground floor bathroom with shower.
First floor: Steep stairs with handrail to the first floor lead to a very large twin bedroom. There is a put-u-up for a third person or child (9 years old or over) in the sitting room.
Parking is on the driveway with several steps with handrail to the kitchen door.
