Each featuring one double bedroom, one twin beds with zip and link option, with sofabed in open plan sitting/dining room, and kitchen. Shared utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer. Small lawned area with garden furniture and BBq. We are one mile from the village with its village shop and pub restaurant, Pocklington is 6 miles and has more extensive shopping pubs and restaurants, theatre etc. We are just 13 miles from York with its many attractions, museums, shopping and Minster. Hull is a short drive, so a visit to the Deep is easy, as is exploring the 'hidden' villages of East Yorkshire and the Coast at Bridlington and Scarborough. Both cottages are on one level and have access for the partially mobile. We are happy to welcome well behaved dogs, and also children. we can supply a virtual tour by email on request
