Lower Moor Farm is a traditional Cotswold stone farmhouse on the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire border. It is set in a large garden with a stream and lovely sunny terrace. There is also a tennis court for the use of guests. It is furnished to a high standard with a comfortable sitting room and elegant dining room in which a delicious breakfast is served. There are many places of interest to visit in the surrounding area, the nearest being Malmesbury which is England’s oldest borough and is dominated by the Abbey and its gardens which feature hundreds of different varieties of rose. Within easy reach is Westonbirt Arboretum famous for its autumn colour and has a very fine collection of trees and shrubs.The towns of Cirencester, Bath and Oxford are easily accessible as are many historical houses including Bowood and Longleat. The Cotswold Waterpark is within five miles and this is a wonderful centre for a wide variety of water sports including sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. For the equestrian enthusiast Lower Moor Farm is very close to Badminton and Gatcombe renowned for their famous horse trials.
