Situated in the heart of the Chalke Valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, yet only 7 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 90 minutes from London.In addition to offering top quality Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering, the property is also run as a small holding and has a workshop where Peter makes harpsichords.The HayloftThe Hayloft is a self contained character cottage forming part of Ebblesway Courtyard. Built in 1850, it has been recently totally renovated to a very high standard, retaining all the charm and character of the original building whilst providing the very latest modern luxury fittings.Downstairs there is one large room providing a comfortable lounge with an oak kitchen area. Furnishings and facilities are to a high standard and include digital TV, DVD player, Wifi internet access, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher and full central heating.Upstairs is a charming bedroom (with King size double bed) with exposed beams & arched windows and a luxury en-suite bathroom with a Spa bath and a separate shower.Outside there are private gardens at the front and rear of the property. Guests are also welcome to use the courtyard garden and explore the smallholding (chickens, horses, donkeys and occasionally sheep). This property offers direct access to footpaths along the picturesque valley - the local pub is a 30 minute walk. Bike hire is available to explore the quiet country lanes (and pubs!)Please note that the property is only suitable for 2 adults and as the building was originally a hayloft, the stairs are steep, making it unsuitable for anyone with restricted mobility.The Hayloft is No Smoking throughout.The AreaBroad Chalke is a perfect area for a quiet country
