The original front door opens into the sitting room, with TV, DVD, sofa bed and armchair.The kitchen features an electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave as well as dining table and chairs. A spiral staircase leads upstairs. The master bedroom has a wood floor, romantic canopied bed and wash basin. The second bedroom has a single bed and space for a second bed or cot. The bathroom has an electric shower, loo and hand basin. We can provide broadband internet access.

Outside is a large walled courtyard with car parking and a sunny, south-facing patio, with lilac and roses and a small lawn and water feature as well as a garden table, chairs and BBQ available for guests.

Children of all ages are very welcome and well provided for, with good quality baby equipment, books, games DVDs and toys. We also welcome well behaved dogs (by arrangement), there are numerous fields and footpaths 50 yards up the quiet lane.The area is especially suitable for walking and cycling, we have a barn where you can store bikes and a drying area for wet gear.
