Relax in our cosy sitting room, fitted with a cottage style 3-piece suite, colour TV and DVD,  attractive hand-carved antique furniture, electric fire, books, games, and maps of the area.

Bedrooms
Up the unusually wide staircase are two pretty bedrooms (one double, one with two singles). Both have duvets, extra blankets, hanging and storage space and heaters. Hair dryer. Cot provided.

Dining Room/Kitchen
Enjoy breakfast in this sun-filled room, featuring a lovely oak dining table and hand-carved antique sideboard. Kitchen has electric hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, ironing board etc. There's also a radio/CD player and a selection of CD's.

Shower Room
The shower room is tiled, with shower cubicle, shaver point, electric heater and heated towel rail.

There are several low doorways in this old cottage, so please mind your head!

There are night storage heaters and supplemental heaters in the bedrooms. 

About The Square

The Square holiday cottage is tucked away in a quiet, sunny corner of the historic port of Watchet, West Somerset, close to amenities, and conveniently situated 100 yards from the marina.

An ideal base for exploring the scenic Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park and local attractions, such as Dunster Castle, The Square is available year-round for weekly rentals or off-season short breaks.

The Square is well-equipped, nicely furnished, and with thoughtful touches throughout.

The cottage is one of a group of three cottages overlooking a pretty shrubbery. It is in the village and close to amenities including a bank, family-friendly pubs, Post Office, bank, restaurants and shops. It is just a one-minute walk from the West Somerset Railway station, served by seasonal steam train service.

With two bedrooms, it is ideal for a couple or small family. Babies and youngsters are welcome, but it is not suitable for very young children or physically disabled due to the stairs.
