The towns ofWeymouth, Lyme Regis and their World Heritage coastline and Georgian Bath, are all within easy driving distance, whilst cricket St Thomas Wildlife Park is but 15 minutes drive away. Downstairs, the cottage is floored throughout in waxed oak and provides an entrance hall with a rising staircase, a comfortable sitting room, a generous and luxuriously fitted kitchen and dining room (with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) and a cloakroom ( with WC, walk-in shower and washer/dryer). Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles (5 feet and 4 feet 6 inches), one single bedroom and a bathroom. The Cottage is approached through a fully fenced, flagstone private courtyard, with garden furniture for sunny meals in quiet seclusion. There is garage space for one car and off-road parking for another vehicle.
