The cottage is semi-detached and has a small garden at the front. To the rear are two patio areas and gardens, with a large lawn adjacent to a shrub and tree area. Beyond that is an orchard with about a dozen apples trees. The ground floor consists of a living room, dining area and kitchen, shower and WC and an integral garage. The first floor has three bedrooms, plus a bathroom and WC. All rooms have wall decorations, and there is full gas central heating.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a three piece suite, tables etc, and includes a colour television with digital Freeview reception. There is a built-in gas fire. The dining room also has a gas fire, table and chairs and other furnishings, plus a second colour television. The kitchen has been fully modernised and has all the necessary crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. There is a modern electric oven, microwave oven, and a built-in dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility area in which there are a washing machine / tumble drier and fridge freezer. The shower room is adjacent to this and has an electric power shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. The garage can acconodate a large family car, and there is space on the drive for a second vehicle.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table etc. The other two bedrooms each have a single bed in them, together with bedroom furniture. The bathroom has a WC, wash basin and bath. There is also an airing cupboard in one of the bedrooms.
Bedlinen is provided, but bring your own towels if possible.
