THE GARDEN ANNEXE is a self contained, self catering bungalow, which sleeps up to 4 people and has a VB 3 star rating.
New for 2012.  We are now happy to be able to offer FREE WiFi access. 
The property has two spacious twin/super king size bedrooms with wash basins in both rooms.  There is a bathroom with seperate bath and shower (and a grab handle in the shower cubicle).  The fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and so much more.  There's even a set of weighing scales!  The sitting/dining room has a Freesat digital TV with integrated DVD player and a low level window which looks out over the garden.  This property has its own garden area and furniture.
All bedding, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided (and changed if guests stay for two weeks).
Gas and electricity are included within the tariff rate.
The Garden Annexe is ideal for families, who have full use of their own garden space and the rest of the lovely mature gardens surrounding the main property and the spectacular panoramic views of the coast and country.
There is ample offroad parking and a boot room and secure cycle store for guest use (please ask)

This cottage is open and available All Year, including Christmas and New Year.

The cottage is available for weekly lets, although short breaks for a minimum of 3 nights are also available - please ask for details
