The apartment has its own front door from the reception room and is approached via a standard staircase, protected at the top by a child's stair gate.

The open plan combined living area has a cosy sitting area with a very large and comfy sofa and armchair. There is a large modern 26 inch TV and video recorder. An electric coal effect stove is provided. The dining area has a table and four chairs, quality HiFi and a good section of books and reading material. There is a night storage heater in this area and a front elevation window facing south overlooking the High Street.

The kitchen area is well equipped with electric double oven range with four hobs and griddle, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. This area also has a front elevation window overlooking the High Street. The bathroom is located off the sitting area and has a bath with electric shower over, hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail and airing cupboard containing immersion heater.

The double bedroom is dual aspect and has a king size wrought iron bed, hand made patchwork quilt cover, wardrobe, chest of draws and a night storage heater.

A  travel cot (no bedding provided) and a high chair are included for a baby.

All electricity/power, bed linen and tea towels are included; the only thing we ask you to provide are towels.

The twin bedroom has two 3ft single beds with matching hand made quilts, wardrobe, chest of drawers and night storage heater.

Dulverton is a lively, thriving town set in the Barle Valley on the southern edge of the Exmoor National Park in Somerset.  The town has an excellent selection of shops including antique, clothes, outdoor and gift shops, florists, chemists, late opening supermarket, plus four churches, Post Office, cash point machine, four pubs serving food, fish and chip shop, award-winning tea rooms and restaurant. There are also art galleries, a craft centre, an Exmoor National Park Visitor Centre and a library with Internet access so you can pick up your hot mail account all within a very short walk. Squash and tennis courts are just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and an outdoor heated swimming pool is available in the summer months. There is on street parking plus three car parks with weekly tickets available.
  
The beautiful and varied landscape around Dulverton makes it the ideal location for the nature lover, as well as being a photographers delight. The rugged northern coastline (which features some of the highest cliffs in England) is only a short drive away.  The area offers a diverse habitat which supports many of our well known mammals, as well as rare and interesting species of native plants. The open moors and heaths are famous for their herds of wild red deer and Exmoor Ponies.  
There are many footpaths in the ancient oak and beech wooded valleys that surround Dulverton.  A ten minute drive will take you onto the beautiful, heather-covered moorland heaths.  These are also criss-crossed with footpaths and bridleways, many of which start near Dulverton. The many sporting activities include horse riding, fishing, shooting, canoeing on the Barle, mountain biking, plus sailing and windsurfing at the nearby nationally renowned Wimbleball Lake.
