This Georgian maisonette is now under new ownership and has been thoroughly refurbished and re-fitted with high quality electrical appliances and bathroom fittings.
It is just one minute's walk from the Assembly Rooms and occupies the ground and lower ground floors of a large Georgian house.

The comfortably furnished spacious lounge looks out above street level to the facades of Georgian houses opposite and retains many of the original Georgian features including working window shutters. The newly fitted kitchen/diner is spacious too and has a round table and chairs in a bay window overlooking the patio garden.

All bedrooms have bright décor and furnishings, with simple blinds and shutters at the windows. Larger continental beds give extra length and comfort. Both bathrooms have been entirely re-fitted with modern lighting and high pressure showers.

The outside two-tier patio is equipped with garden furniture.

Parking ticket for three neighbouring streets available at £50 deposit to the housekeeper on arrival. Otherwise, parking outside is ticketed for 2 hours and free overnight; a large public car park is five minutes walk away.
