This self catering holiday chalet is located on the popular holiday site in Yaverland just outside the main seaside resort of Sandown. Set in countryside, the site enjoys stunning views over Sandown Bay, the English Channel and Culver Down, a National Trust area of outstanding natural beauty. The main town of Sandown with traditional seaside attractions which include crazy golf, children’s play area, amusement arcades and a pier which is about half a mile away. Here you will also find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and gift shops. Sandown Bay has safe sandy beaches.

This quiet family site has many areas of open space which gives the park a village green feel. Outside the chalet there is a large grassed area, where you can relax whilst watching the children play.

Once in the chalet there is a lounge and kitchen area, which is open plan to provide a feeling of space. Within the lounge area there is easy seating, a folding dining table and chairs, colour T.V. with freeview, and DVD player for your use. The kitchen area has a full size electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & usual kitchen utensils. The main bedroom has a 4’ 6” double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The second bedroom contains a set of 3’ single bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

The bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, toilet and a sink. 

Electric heating is available for your use.

Beds will be freshly made ready for your arrival with fresh linen and duvets. Do not forget to bring your own towels and tea towels. Electricity is supplied by a £1 coin meter. There is also a launderette on site.

Weekly lettings available from Saturday to Saturday.

Your chalet accommodation will be available from 2pm on the date of your arrival and check out time is by 10am on your departure date.

Deposit required on booking £100, balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday.

Dogs accepted by prior arrangement only, maximum 2.  Extra charge £15 per dog,per week.
