The Stable is a 200 year-old, detached cottage, formerly used for cider-making and stabling working horses; cosy and comfortable, it features a wealth of splendid elm timbering. The Stable is located on a quiet working farm set well back from a single-track no-through country lane. The village is just a half a mile away, and includes a post office/shop, Chinese Takeaway/Chip Shop and pub which serves meals.
