The open plan living area opens out onto a large private deck and a balcony above the lakeside deck offers further opportunities to enjoy views of the lake from the upper floor.

There is a Very modern kitchen with washer/dryer in the utility area.  Facilities include:

Aside from fishing the well stocked freshwater lake you can enjoy numerous beautiful walks close by. 

Waters Edge is located within easy reach of many picturesque Cotswold villages and the splendour of Roman towns like Cirencester and Bath, the Cotswold Water Park makes a great holiday destination because of the tremendous variety of activities that are available.

Today the Cotswold Water Park is Britain’s largest water park, 50% larger than the Norfolk Broads, extending to over 40 square miles and includes: 133 lakes, 5 nature reserves, Country Parks with picnic and Barbecue sites, a Blue Flag bathing beach, an extensive network of footpaths, cycle ways and bridleways as well as extensive leisure and sporting activities. Many Cotswold attractions and villages are all within easy access.

The Heart of the Cotswolds

Only 90 minutes from London, Waters Edge, near Cirencester is the ideal base from which to explore the quaint villages and historic towns in this beautiful area. 

Cirencester 4 miles

Famous for its Roman history, Cirencester has plenty of culture to explore, with a wealth of history at the Corinium Museum and amphitheatre, as well as the Brewery Arts Centre, home of local artists and craftspeople.

Bibury 5 miles

Once called "the most beautiful village in England" by William Morris, Bibury is famous for its pretty honey-coloured stone cottages nestling along the River Coln.

Bourton-on-the-Water

Bourton-on-the-Water is known as the 'Venice of the Cotswolds' and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Its Cotswold Stone cottages and shops run alongside the River Windrush, on its way to the Thames, which flows speedily under charming low bridges alongside the village green. Here you can visit Birdland, an enjoyable day out.

Stow-on-the-Wold

With one of the finest Market Squares in the Country, Stow saw the final skirmishes of the Civil War took place in 1646. It is regarded as a major centre for Antiques and Fine Art Galleries.

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and surrounded by picturesque Cotswold villages, historic market towns and an area of lakes larger than the Norfolk broads our properties on top of their spectacular location are as relaxing as they are well equipped.

Our properties are all located within the Cotswold Waterpark, which is about four miles outside of Cirencester. The Waterpark is made up of almost 150 lakes and covers an area of 40 square miles. The lodges and cottages are located around four different lakes within the Waterpark. All of the lakes have a different feel about them and have been created with the needs of different holiday maker groups in mind.

There’s a huge range of properties for you to choose from, sleeping from 6 to 10 people. However, they all have a number of features in common including modern fitted kitchens and bathrooms, T.V, CD player, microwave and washing machine. Some also benefit from a DVD player and dishwasher.
