Ground Floor

• Open plan double sitting room, formal dining room complete with an inglenook fireplace, mullioned windows with seats overlooking the garden, old beams and antique furnishings to evoke the spirit of 1720 when it was built. Comfy seating around the fire, TV, video, DVD player, CD player, books, games and music all contribute to total relaxation.
• The dining room, simply furnished with antique French country furniture is great for gatherings.
• The lovely family kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances: a double oven range cooker; American style fridge/freezer; dishwasher; microwave; washer/dryer: everything plus all the pots, pans and utensils necessary to cater for a house full of guests.
• Also on the ground floor is a shower room with a shower, loo and a basin.
  

First Floor

• Spiral stairs lead up from the sitting room to the first floor.
• Three of the four versatile bedrooms have zip and link beds so can suit singles or couples.
• Two of the bedrooms share the family shower room equipped with a power shower, loo and basin. The third bedroom has a romantic roll top bath.
• The fourth bedroom has its own luxury shower room.
  

Second Floor

• The spiral staircase continues up to the top floor master bedroom decorated in blue and cream Toile de Jouy its own, private, ensuite bathroom.
  

Outside

• Set in a sunny garden that faces south and overlooks the stunning scenery of the Toadsmoor Valley.

Bisley

Bisley, a fine example of a prosperous early 18th century village, is remarkably unspoilt, given its perfection. There are two good pubs within easy walking distance of the cottage and a friendly local shop cum Post Office that sells all the basics. The centre of the village is preserved almost in its entirety, with any new building confined to the perimeter. The Lock-Up and the Wells are worthy of special mention but many of the properties that you pass on a walk through the village have their stories to tell.
