The garden is fully enclosed and laid to lawn. A pedestrian gate leads to fields, a pretty meandering stream and a pond. There is ample off-road parking and the bungalow is ideally situated for exploring both the countryside and coast of this beautiful and historic county.From Fripp's Cottage you can easily connect with one of the many public footpaths or bridle ways that run through this area, or join the Castleman Trailway for a cycle around Poole Harbour, the largest natural harbour in the northern hemisphere. There is a lockable, alarmed cycle shed at the cottage.The town of Wimborne boasts a variety of excellent restaurants, pubs and tourist attractions such as the Minster, chained library, model town, Kingston Lacy (a stately home owned by the National Trust) and the famous Wimborne market which is open Friday to Sunday. Public tennis courts, swimming pool, riding schools and a beautiful river where locals swim are all within easy reach. Bournemouth and Poole are seven and four miles away respectively. Both have Blue Flag beaches, excellent shops, restaurants and many other tourist attractions.
