Our modern Victorian styled terraced cottage is set in a quiet, pedestrianised, slightly elevated position with a numbered parking space situated in front of the property.

The coastal path is only 25 yards away, leading to Newtons Cove and the Nothe Gardens with views over Weymouth bay and Portland. The Nothe Fort is an excellent day out for all the family.

A five minute walk away brings you to the Old Harbour where you can take a fishing trip to Portland by boat. There are several good restaurants, pubs and tea shops in this area. You will also find the multi attraction complex "Brewers Quay" which provides all year, all weather entertainment with paved streets and courtyards, restaurants and shops, a hands on science attraction and Weymouth's history with the "Timewalk".

The main town and pleasure beach, train and bus station is approximately 1 mile over the cantilever bridge or by a manned rowing boat which is moored by the lifeboat station. Here you can enjoy many attractions for all ages including the Deep Sea Adventure Maritime Museum, Donkey rides, Punch and Judy, and the Weymouth Pavillion with regular events, shows and entertainment.

If you fancy a day out with a difference you could take the Condor ferry to Guernsey or Jersey.
