Located on an organic farm within an area of outstanding natural beauty, and within the heritage coast buffer zone for the World Heritage Status coastline, Tamarisk Farm Cottages offer a choice of 5 top quality self-catering properties. All cottages have been rated highly by the English Tourist Council and "Mimosa Cottage" has merited an M3 Disability rating as it has been specifically designed for wheelchair users. Mimosa sleeps 4 and has an extensive patio surrounding the bungalow and from the western end there are grand sea views. "The Fossil & The Cross" sleeps 4 and "Whispering Pines" sleeps 5. Both of these similar bungalows overlook the village rooftops and down to the sea. They stand in a fully fenced garden of almost 2 acres below the farm’s upper fields. Children can play safely here and dogs can run free. "Two Wings" sleeps 6 and is a character cottage built in the 1930’s, situated at the top of the village with spectacular views of the coastline seen very well from the extensive decking balcony. It has a large secure garden. "The Moat" sleeps up to 6 and stands in the centre of the village, facing on to the tiny village green and looking down the village road to the sea. It has small fenced gardens to both front and rear, and like the other properties is on one level.West Bexington is a small coastal village between Bridport and Abbotsbury. It slopes down to the unspoilt Chesil Beach. On a clear day views extend from Portland Bill in the east, around Lyme Bay including Golden Cap, past the red cliffs of Devon and on to Dartmoor and round to Start Point. The views are magnificent!There are excellent local walks, east to Abbotsbury Gardens or Swannery, or west to Burton Bradstock and inland through the lovely villages of the Bride Valley.
