We have two detached, very individual cottages at our friendly farm. Both have full gas central heating, ground level accommodation, digital TV's with Freeview, home entertainments include videos or dvd's, books and games. Each cottage has an enclosed furnished patio with BBQ, bedecked with flowers and herbs, an ideal extra space for dining alfresco or simply relaxing on a sun lounge.  Forester's 4 Star is beautifully restored retaining the original 200 year old cob, offering charm and quality.  Two bedrooms sleep 4 + cot, in a kingsize double and a twin, both with vaulted timber ceilings and en-suite shower, wc., and handbasin.  The open plan sitting room has slate floors with rugs and the double aspect windows have views overlooking the patio to the fields beyond and stables.  The kitchen is immaculately maintained and equipped, including a washer/dryer, microwave, fitted hob and oven. Keeper's 5 Star is newly developed to high specification and has a modern open plan living room with reclining leather sofas, laminate wood floors and beautiful views over grazing land, a favourite place for deer, pheasant and a variety of wildlife.  The fitted kitchen is immaculate including a gas hob, electric oven, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Two bedrooms sleep 5 + cot, in a superking double (which can be converted to twin if required) and has an en-suite shower, handbasin and wc and a large twin room with an extra full size single bed if required.  Each bedroom has digital TV with Freeview.  There is also a family bathroom with bath, handbasin and wc. Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are all inclusive in both cottages. Beds are freshly made for your arrival.  The cot is available for use with your own nursery bedding. Children Welcome any age. Close to miles of forestry tracks and bridleways, ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding this is a splendid area to explore. Nearby, Moors Valley Country Park offers walks, golf, cycling, and miniature steam railway and adventure playground with many special events.   The Dorset Heaths/New Forest coast and countryside has an abundance of beauty with areas of special scientific interest. Sea and sand with a variety of water-sports, restaurants, shops, history, concerts and nightlife are all within easy reach. The locality is ideal for all types of holidays or short breaks, for friends, families or couples – there is something for everyone.
