Camellia Lodge has been my "baby", it is a new build block of 6 flats plus a cute attached cottage with courtyard garden. I worked with the architect to design a good quality building that would stand the test of time. It blends in well with the area and I am extremely proud of it!!! I chose every single material - roof tile, brick - down to light switches and plug covers!! Designed kitchens that actually work, luxury bathrooms etc.
Five flats are available for holiday letting. 2 x 3 beds and 3 x 2 beds. I have a lift and all the modern building regulations make all of the flats suitable for wheelchair users. All flats have either a patio or a balcony.
The beach at Southbourne is just a short walk to the end of the road approx 300yards. Southbourne is a lovely residential area. The shops and bus routes are even closer in the other direction. Bournemouth is only a seven minute drive. There is so much to see and do in the locality a week will never be sufficient. I started holidaying here 20 years ago and made the move eight years ago. Still not managed to see and do everything on my list.
