Greystones flat offers a self-contained ground floor flat, non-smoking and pet-free, with extensive Heritage Coast views, 2 double bedrooms, on-site parking (vital in Lyme!) and resident owners with a positive approach to guest comfort and safety. Two thirds of our guests are returning customers!This is part of our home so we offer high standards and personal attention. With 27 years experience, our watchword is quality – a Warm Welcome and a Home from Home.
Due to the sloping site we are sorry that the flat is NOT SUITABLE for wheelchair users. If you have any mobility or other problems, I will be happy to give you fuller details of flat layout, access etc – just get in touch.
Unusually we offer two double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a standard double bed. Ideal for a couple with sleep problems, snoring etc. Comprehensive local information available, maps, guide books etc. My husband is local and I've been here for 27 Years!
Open all year including Christmas and New Year. Short breaks available November to March.
You have your own phone line – useful for laptop users. Calls charged at cost - standard BT domestic rate. If, like us, 40 is a while ago, you’ll probably appreciate the little extras, like big button phone, firm beds, good quality and stable 3 piece suite for ease of getting up and down, and many other thoughtful touches. Please, if there is something you need to make your holiday easier, ask us. We may well have done it already; if not, we'll try.
Accommodation offered – Open plan living area with patio windows to terrace, TV, video, DVD, books and maps galore. King-size bed with Jurassic Coast views, 2nd bedroom with double bed, kitchen – fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer. Shower room with Power shower and BIG cubicle. Garden, and carport parking, gas central heating controlled by you. Located in a central residential area only 10 minutes to beaches, 5 minutes to shops, pubs and restaurants. Historic Lyme is full of old buildings and has much to offer like world famous fossil collecting area in the centre of World Heritage Site.
