Special Policies
A booking deposit of £100 is required on confirmation of dates as a security bond which is refunded on satisfactory inspection of the property after you vacate. The full tariff is payable at least one month prior to arrival. Should there be any reason to cancel the booking within that period, a refund will be made if the booking can be re-filled. Guests are kindly requested to vacate by 10 a.m. on the day of departure to allow access to the cleaners. Incoming guests may not be able to gain access until 4 p.m. on day of arrival due to cleaning.
Long weekend rates are for three days minimum charge. Mid week breaks are welcome subject to availability. However, due to the same preparation being required for both long term and short break rentals, a minimum of £245 will be chargeable. Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday but flexibility can be considered.
This cottage is ideal for 5 persons but can sleep 7. If there are more than 5 persons, please note that there is a charge of £15 for the extra bedding, bed linen and towels for each user of the sofabed or a guest bed
