Aish Cross is a distinguished early Victorian country house, which stands in an elevated position in the centre of the small hamlet of Aish, with beautiful views across the Dart Valley and surrounding countryside, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.Aish is just 1 mile from the picturesque village of Stoke Gabriel and 3 miles from the medieval market town of Totnes. It is surrounded by farmland and hedgerows full of primroses in the spring and an abundance of other beautifully scented wild flowers in the summer months.Stoke Gabriel is a popular thriving village on the banks of the River Dart and its 13thC church overlooks the creek where boats are moored, and the Mill Pond where children feed the ducks and fish for crabs in the summer. It is an ideally located  base for Kingswear and Dartmouth, a short sail down river. Stoke Gabriel boasts 3 pubs and 3 restaurants. Nearby Totnes is a delightful country town with loads of character and a great variety of individual shops, restaurants and inns. The main line railway station also has a direct line to London Paddington.The area is extremely popular and combines the unspoilt tranquility of the Dart Valley with access to the Torbay area with its extensive amenities and to the beautiful beaches located throughout the South hams to the west of Totnes.

The Stable is attached to the original Coach House. The Stable offers spacious character accommodation approached through an attractive double glazed conservatory which leads into a large open plan lounge and dining room with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, microwave etc. There is also a downstairs cloakroom/toilet. On the First Floor there are 2 bedrooms, the larger is a double bedroom and the smaller has the option of double or single beds. There is a separate bathroom/shower/toilet.

The Coach House sleeps 4-6 people. As the name indicates, the cottage has been created from the original coach house. It offers spacious character accommodation consisting of 2 large double/twin bedrooms, with each bedroom having a private bathroom. There is a large open plan lounge/dining area together with an adjoining conservatory. A fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer and microwave) together with a cloakroom completes the ground floor. A third double twin bedroom with en suite shower may be incorporated into the accommodation with access through one of the bedrooms.
