The Eastdon Estate has a total area of over fifty acres of landscaped gardens and mature woodland. A short drive of one and a half miles takes you to another entrance to the estate where Eastdon House, Woodside Cottages and Eastdon Stable are all located.

All Guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds of open parkland, mature woodland and private scenic pathways to Dawlish Warren and the main park. The main park is between Easter and September, and all guests are welcome to use all the facilities at no extra cost.

These cleverly restored stable buildings have been converted into five very original two and three bedroom cottages.

· A choice of two or three bedrooms, with individual parking close by

· All are Individually fitted out to very high standards

· The Park facilities and entertainment are included

· Widescreen colour TV and DVD player are provided

· There is Full central heating throughout

· A fully equipped kitchen is supplied with cutlery and crockery

· The facilities include an electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher

· All duvets, pillows, bed and table linen provided

· The bathroom has a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin

· Travel cots and highchairs available on request

· All of the cottages are non-smoking

· Apologies but pets are not permitted

· All the cottages are open and available throughout the year

· Free coarse fishing is available from November to mid-March on the main holiday park

· There is a Launderette available.

· There is also a small laundry room available that includes washing machines, dryers, and a shared freezer

The Coaching House - Cottage No 1 has three bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom upstairs and one double bedroom providing accommodation for 6 people.

Horseshoe Cottage - Cottage No 2 has two bedrooms, one double bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, and one double bedroom providing accommodation for 6 people. There is also a Lounge/Diner and a kitchen.
