Ground Floor – Very large sitting room with wood-burning stove, two sofas, colour television and video recorder. French doors open   to the sunny garden. The dining room leads from the sitting room and has antique furniture. The spacious kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and fitted units, fully equipped for catering for 8 people, cloakroom.

Upstairs – Bedroom 1 - a double aspect room with 5’ double brass bed, bedroom 2 – double aspect and double bed, bedroom 3 – small single room, bedroom 4 – the children’s room with a single bed, a pair of bunk beds and the cot. Two bathrooms, one with an overbath shower. Plenty of wardrobe space on the landing.

Outside – there is a double garage, small paved garden with garden table and chairs and a bar-b-que. Rotary washing line. There is plenty of room in front of the cottage for children to play on the lawns or ride their bikes in safety.

Both cottages have oil fired central heating and all bedlinen is provided. There are a deep freeze, washing machine and tumble drier for guest's use.

Come in the autumn for the colours, the misty views, the peace and quiet, watching the deer roam and the green woodpecker swoop from tree to tree.
