There are colour TV’s in both bedrooms and a Tv and DVD player in the lounge, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer,microwave, full size electric cooker, etc. The bathroom is a wetroom with a three quarter size bath (ideal for children) and a seperate shower area, no shower tray to step up to. Idyllic location with a large free car park. Just 60 metres, by footpath, to safe sandy golden beaches, no roads to cross and fronting onto open park land. Largest open-air water theme park in the UK, leisure centre, steam railway, Paignton harbour and the world renowned Paignton Zoo all close by.
