Northleigh Farm is the home of Simon and Sue Potter and their family and is situated on the edge of the attractive village of Northleigh within sight of the 13th century village church. The farmhouse is believed to date from the 16th century and is set in its own farmland enjoying commanding views in all directions over the rolling countryside of the Coly Valley. The three newly converted barns are to the rear of the farmhouse: Shippen (sleeps 4), Battens (sleeps 6) and Linney (sleeps 4). All enjoy sweeping views over the beautiful countryside of the Coly Valley and have access to the cobbled courtyard and large garden area. The accommodation comprises a spacious sunny living room with woodburner and open plan kitchen/dining area and french doors opening onto the courtyard. From the living room a hallway leads to the bathroom and two bedrooms (one double and one twin). As the cottage is a single storey building it is particularly suitable for wheelchair use.
The cottage enjoys sweeping views over the beautiful countryside of the Coly Valley. The cottage is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, colour TV/Video and full central heating.
