Bussells Farm has seven cottages which have been converted from a range of 19th century stone barns. All of the Cottages are very spacious and light taking full advantage of the fine surrounding views across the Exe valley.

The cottages, which are located around a pedestrian courtyard, are comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard. Each Cottage has a separate lounge with colour TV (with FreeView), and a kitchen/breakfast room which is fitted to the highest standards and includes freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and each of the cottages has a bath, shower and electric heating.

Teal, Heron, Mallard, Cherry and Willow cottages all have sleeping facilities for Six people in three bedrooms. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third has bunk beds. Each of the cottages is accessed from the courtyard and has a lounge with patio doors and adjacent patio.

Swan cottage also has three bedrooms with a larger third bedroom equipped with two single beds.

Kingfisher is a four bedroom cottage with sleep facilities for Seven people. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds, the third bedroom has bunk beds and the fourth bedroom, a single bed. In addition there is a family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.

Bussells Farm nestles in a peaceful Devonshire valley which runs from Tiverton to Exeter, with easy access to the many beaches of the south coast and the historic city of Exeter, with its airport and mainline railway station. Bussells Farm Cottages are available all year round.

The lakes on Bussells Farm offer our guests excellent coarse fishing and are securely fenced for safety. In Addition there is a large heated outdoor swimming pool, a games room and children's adventure playground.

The whole of the local areas lanes and bridle paths are excellent for walking. There are many recreational activities and tourist attractions in the area, and the peace and tranquillity of Dartmoor is within easy reach. The ancient city of Exeter is 10 minutes drive away and offers excellent shopping and many fine restaurants. The village of Stoke Canon is a mere mile away, it is on a bus route and has a shop/post office and a great village pub.
