The Smithy is the largest of our 5 cottages sleeping six in one double (ensuite bathroom) and two twin (ensuite bath and shower rooms) bedrooms on a single storey. The cottage is double glazed throughout with central heating and a inglenook fireplace with logburner for our winter visitors. The sitting room has a television with DVD/VCR and a telephone. The French windows open on to large bright conservatory with dining table. The kitchen area is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The Smithy benefits from its own enclosed, private garden wth glorious views across rolling Devon farm land.
Three Gates is a converted 17th century farm, situated close to Exmoor with all its natural beauty. It is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday as a couple or with the family, deep in the heart of the Devon countryside. The stone barns have been renovated in keeping with their original style to provide high quality holiday accommodation.
There is a shared indoor heated swimming pool with fitness room and sauna as well as a children's play area, table tennis, table football and junior snooker. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer solely for guests use.
