Court Farmhouse is situated just a few minutes walk out of the pretty village of Holcombe. It offers peaceful seclusion yet close to towns, beaches and amenities. It is on a working farm with farm animals and abundance of wildlife to observe.Four bedrooms provide sleeping arrangements, 3 are located on the first floor and the fourth on the ground floor and are fitted as follows to accommodate 9 people in comfort. 1st. A large room with both a double and single bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables.2nd Spacious with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables.3rd Containing 2 single beds, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet and is accessed through 2nd bedroom.4th On the ground floor containing a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets and easy chair.Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. A cot is available on request.There is a bathroom upstairs, which includes a bath with shower over, washbasin and WC and has magnificent views over roaming countryside.Apart from the bedroom on the ground floor there is a spacious living room fitted with easy chairs, settee, colour TV, video and stereo and a fully fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs. There is a gas fire with back boiler that provides both domestic hot water and central heating, all included in the price.In a utility room are a shower cubicle and a WC, plus a washing machine. Through this room is access to the lawned garden ideal for games, sunbathing and barbequing.The local area has much to offer. Just 200 yards up the farm lane is the Castle Inn and another 5 minutes walk brings you to the Smugglers Inn, both offering good food and hospitality. A 10-minute walk takes you to Smugglers Cove and a sandy beach, which extends for about a mile into the historic town of Teignmouth.
