Anstey Mills Thatched Cottage (65 sq m) sleeps 2 adults 2 children. The Grade II listed cottage - featuring ancient beams and exposed stonework – has a small, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable sitting room with sofa bed for additional guests and electric wood effect stove, and a large bathroom with whirlpool bath for two with separate shower. This beautiful place means luxory and comfort: On the first floor we have the galleried bedroom with king size bed, and separate a small toilet and wash basin as well as a shower room. A landing door leads onto a large deckinga area overlooking a private garden (under construction) and open fields. The cottage sleeps 2+ 2 small children (single futons and cots provided). Fully equipped to a high standard including dishwasher, small freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, TV, DVD, radio/cassette/CD-player, 2 cots, highchair and stair gates. You will find us situated between both coasts on Exmoor’s border, the ideal base for all kinds of excursions: riding 1 mile, golf 10 miles, excellent walking, cycling (Two-Moors-Way and West Country Way cycle Route No 3 both pass close to our land) and fishing. Dulverton, our nearest town, is just 4 miles down the road, Tiverton and Minehead within 17 miles; plenty of places for cream teas, markets, gardens and historic sights as well as wildlife, birdsong, Exmoor ponies and good local pubs.
