The Orchards is a very comfortable apartment providing accommodation for four people with the bathroom and double bedroom, which provides access to a twin bedroom, all on the first floor.

The lounge with wood burning stove, colour television, video recorder, DVD player(selection of videos and DVDs available) and stereo system and kitchen/diner are on the ground floor that has its own entrance from the courtyard.

The apartment is decorated in shades of greens, apricots and pinks.

Didworthy House is set in a most tranquil area of outstanding natural beauty within the Dartmoor National Park. Sited on a gentle south west facing hillside, which falls to the River Avon as it flows through the wooded valley below. 

There are a wide range of activities for the visitor to enjoy on Dartmoor and the South Hams. The picturesque South Hams coast with its sandy beaches, delightful coves and spectacular coast path are all a short drive from Didworthy.

The apartment  is beautifully furnished and the owners will do everything they can to make it  a memorable and enjoyable holiday for you, starting with a warm welcome and delicious cream tea on you arrival.

Locals shops and 3 pubs are within 2 miles of Didworthy House.There are many activities to suit all ages and tastes- horse riding, fishing, golf, tennis, cycling or just walking the moors. The owners can recommend places to visit, perhaps a trip to the market town of Totnes, or a day on one of the sandy beaches of south Devon. They can also arrange a delivery of fresh organic vegetable boxes or free range eggs (at cost)  A haven from everyday stresses and strains, Didworthy  provides everything for a memorable holiday.
