This charming self catering cottage is in a reasonable level position and within two minutes of the main shopping street 'Fore Street' which has two supermarkets, shops, tea shops and just a few minutes walk from the marina, breakwater and peddlebeach.

Brixham has many atmospheric Restaurants and Inns that are all within easy walking distance of Sailors' Haunt. The sandy beaches of Torbay are a short drive away while the coastline offers exhilarating walks around Berry Head with breath-taking views of the English Channel.

There is an additional separate toilet on the upper floor. The cottage is double glazed centrally heated throughout and has had a 4 star rating. One private locked parking bay in view of the cottage situated a few minutes walk away, bed linen and towels are included in the rental charge.
