This cottage is converted from the old hay barn which was also used for Village dances, so has a real history.

Little Barn is arranged in an upside-down style with the living space on the first floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs – this enables you to have great views over countryside and  the newly built tennis court (all the views of Wimbledon without the crowds)!

The main bedroom has a Kingsize bed  and has a feature window which is very prettily draped. Next door is a spacious bedroom with twin beds which can be put together to form a Super Kingsize bed if you wish, this room also has an en-suite shower. There is room in here for a cot.
 
The Family bathroom is warm and cosy and has a corner bath with shower over.

Upstairs the Living room is airy and bright with exposed beams and rafters. It has an electric woodburning stove, a wall mounted flatscreen TV with Freeview and a DVD Player. There is also a DAB Radio CD player with iPod connection. Little Barn has a cosy eating area with views into the courtyard through its’ stone windows. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all that you should need including a double oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Above the Living room is a mezzanine twin bedroom which is screened with curtains for privacy – not much use for sound insulation but very popular with children as it makes a great den and also doubles up as a stage for shows!

There is an outside staircase directly into the courtyard which is useful for access.

Little Barn can be linked with The Granary to provide accommodation for 12 people – very useful for large families or groups of friends
